Get ready.when this festival rolls into town, it includes more than 1,000 pounds of cheese, millions of noodles, and more than 18 local chefs, each creating a signature mac n cheese dish. We didn’t have any leftovers for Montage to waste foil and make animals, but this concept reminds me of Gladstone’s in Malibu, CA. Its coming to Portland on OctoMac + Cheese Festival. Instead of lifting the jug after the cup was filled, she kept pouring as she moved away from the glass, leaving a river on the table, and a couple of times wetting my food. She couldn’t pour water right to save her life. Both were good but not the best mac or po boy we’ve had (sorry, we are spoiled as Los Angelenos). Both were good but not the best mac or po boy we’ve had (sorry, we are spoiled as Los Angelenos). The kitchen and bar is open until 2am, which is great as you'll be tempted to stay 'till late. (Portland, OR) - Le Bistro Montage has announced it is permanently closing.
